We aren't just here to sell a product, we're here to serve you! We've created an awesome community, and we want you to be a part of it! It's a little harder to do this online, so please reach out! We want to hear from you.
Ivy House Boutique opened in 2018 with one goal: to serve you! We love fashion, but we love people even more. We offer chic and classic clothing – pieces you'll be reaching for for years to come. We take the current trends and bring them to you in a classic way. We want to help you find your own unique style so you can feel confident inside and out.
We are a family owned boutique located in Alabama, and we launch new arrivals multiple times per week. We prioritize fabrics that feel amazing and that will make YOU feel amazing. Everything is thoughtfully curated and we are confident in every single product we bring in.
Ivy House is owned by Morgan and Terri, mother daughter duo and BFFs.
Morgan is married to John (9 years) and they have a three-year-old son. If you follow us on Instagram, you have seen a lot of baby J! They live in Tuscaloosa.
Terri is married to Mike (43 years) and they have two daughters, two sons-in-law, two grandsons, and one German Shepard, Heidi. They live in Birmingham and make trips to Tuscaloosa often!
Brooke is our Store Manager and Personal Stylist. She's also our right hand woman, assistant, publicist, model, assistant buyer, and encourager. If you know her, you love her!
We truly believe we have the BEST most well-rounded retail associates, and we are so proud to call them ours! You'll meet Sophia and Cat working in the store!

Online orders receive a refund within 15 days of the USPS delivery date. We offer exchange or store credit for in store purchases within 15 days of purchase.
This is the important part: Returned items must be in NEW condition (we want it back the same we sent it out), meaning it is unwashed, unworn, undamaged, unaltered, free of any odors (including pet and cigarette smoke), no pet hair, and have the tags attached.

If you send something back that doesn't meet this criteria (and trust us, we're pretty lenient), the item will be returned to sender and credit will not be issued.
You will receive an email once your return has been processed.
Returns are usually processed within three business days. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
All items are available for local pick up at our store if you are local to Tuscaloosa!
All return policies remain effective with local pick up orders, no matter when they are picked up. We will hold purchased items for 60 days and send a minimum of 3 reminders before the items are donated.
