Returns are for store credit only.
*End of Year Sale items and items purchased on sale are FINAL sale (as noted on the product page). Return requests for final sale items will not be approved.*

*Please note our phone number goes to our storefront, not customer service. Store employees can help with sizing and fit, but they are not able to answer questions about online returns and orders. Emailing customer service (she's amazing!) is the best and quickest way to get in touch about an issue or return/order question!
Just not loving it like you hoped or the fit wasn't quite right?
✔️We offer store credit for purchases within 15 days of purchase. We do not offer exchanges.
✔️Online orders must request a return within 15 days of purchase or 10 days of the USPS delivery date (whichever is longer). We will send you a pre-paid label, which must be scanned in within 15 days of delivery.
✔️Returned items must be in NEW, perfect condition (we want it back the same we sent it out), meaning it is unwashed, unworn, undamaged, unaltered, free of any odors (including pet and cigarette smoke), no pet hair, no makeup or tanning stains, and have the tags attached.
✔️ Sale items and accessories are final sale. Holiday items, including Christmas sweaters, cannot be returned after December 10.
✔️ If you send something back that doesn't meet this criteria, the item will be returned to sender and credit will not be issued. If you send something back past the return window without written approval, it will be returned to sender and the credit will not be issued.
✔️ You will receive an email once your return has been processed. You will receive store credit on your account, minus return shipping.
✔️ Returns are usually processed within three business days. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
✔️ If a customer has a return rate of more than 50%, future sales will be final.

Did your item arrived damaged?
If your package was damaged upon arrival, please:
✔️Send us a photo of the package, and the damaged item within three days of receiving the package.
We inspect EVERY item closely before packaging it. But, sometimes small defects may go unnoticed. If your item was defective, contact us within 3 business days. Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing and washing the item, and tags must still be attached. **PLEASE be careful opening your package. We will not replace items that have scissor marks from where the package was cut open. Please send a photo of the damage. Please don't damage the item yourself and be careful when opening the package!

If you are missing an item or received the incorrect item, contact us within 3 business days to get it sorted out.
Cancellations
Cancellations can be accommodated if the order has not already been shipped out. Once it has shipped, we are unable to cancel. All cancelled transactions will incur a 10% fee to cover credit card processing fees.
Local Pick Up Info
Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase (not pick up). Items that are not picked up after 60 days will be donated. (Sorry! We don't have space to store these items for long periods of time. Please pick up promptly!)
Shipping info
Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are happy to send you a shipping label to return the item. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit. Use the button below to request a return.
