Shipping policy

View shipping rates at checkout. We recommend choosing Priority shipping for the fastest and safest way to get your order. However, please note that USPS does not guarantee shipping times for Ground OR Priority shipping. We are not responsible for items lost during transit, or delayed items.

We ship orders Monday - Friday, except holidays. Orders typically go out within 1-2 business days.

Most packages arrive to our customers in 5-7 business days, but unfortunately, we cannot control USPS or the routes they take. If your package is taking a long time to arrive or you have issues with your delivery, your local postmaster is the best person to help.

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to correct an address once the package ships, and we are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses. If the package makes it back to us, we will contact you to pay for a new shipping label to the correct address. If we do not hear back within 3 business days, the item will be returned for store credit.
