Online orders receive a refund within 15 days of the USPS delivery date. We offer exchange or store credit for in store purchases within 15 days of purchase.
This is the important part: Returned items must be in NEW condition (we want it back the same we sent it out), meaning it is unwashed, unworn, undamaged, unaltered, free of any odors (including pet and cigarette smoke), no pet hair, and have the tags attached.

If you send something back that doesn't meet this criteria (and trust us, we're pretty lenient), the item will be returned to sender and credit will not be issued.
You will receive an email once your return has been processed.
Returns are usually processed within three business days. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
