We offer exchange or store credit for all purchases within 15 days of purchase, or 10 days of the USPS delivery date.
We know returns happen, but please keep in mind that we are a small business with limited quantities. Please do not use us a try on service. We are more than happy to help you choose the right size - just reach out with any questions!
This is the important part: Returned items must be in NEW condition (we want it back the same we sent it out), meaning it is unwashed, unworn, undamaged, unaltered, free of any odors (including pet and cigarette smoke), no pet hair, and have the tags attached.
Final sale items include items purchased on sale, personalized items, jewelry, accessories, holiday items, bodysuits, and intimates. Items purchased with store credit are final sale. View our full return policy here.
If your return rate is over 15%, there will be a 15% restocking fee on future returns.
If you send something back that doesn't meet this criteria, the item will be returned to sender and credit will not be issued.
You will receive an email once your return has been processed.
Returns are usually processed within three business days. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
